 and the demonstration of our Spirit values is palpable and will get us across the line - thanks to all for their heroic efforts to date and for preparing us for more streamlined workflows in 2020. Detailed planning is already well underway with the Condiments and Sauces Division and our agency teams have previewed the Gazelle tools and processes - I look forward to further successful ‘go live’s in 2020.
Our people development programme has continued to expand over the course of 2019. We launched our SHS Learning Framework with our first cohort of 28 Advance Participants completing the programme in Q3 and a further 25 people starting Advance 2 in September. In addition we launched the pilot of our Strategic Leaders Programme with the first module delivered in November
and we have a number of people complete professional qualifications across the Group this year. Congratulations to all!
I was delighted to see so many high quality nominations for our SPIRIT awards - our reward programme that recognises those employees who live our values. It was a tough decision on many occasions to decide divisional and Group quarterly winners as there were many inspirational every day activities to recognise. Well done to all 2019 nominees and winners.
2020 is the start of a new decade and it provides us with a fantastic platform to drive brand and category growth. Our great brands, customer alliances, responsive supply chain, centres of excellence and highly skilled teams and individuals across the Group mean we are well placed to meet our growth targets and deliver another successful year.
Finally, on behalf of the Group Board, I want to thank you for your hard work, commitment, resilience and support this year. I hope
