A tumultuous blue-green sea of data undulates all around us. Waves crash from every direction. They arch overhead and the whole room sways to and fro, threatening to capsize.
IRMA STAT: It looks like we are caught up in some data waves. Make sure your seatbelts are fastened! Oh, wait. You don’t have seatbelts. Well, hold on!
The waves continue to pelt us. Red lights flash.
COMPUTER: Danger. Danger.
IRMA STAT: We can’t withstand this impact
much longer!
Just then we see a small figure sail into view.
It’s Joe the Server Dude. He’s riding a massive data wave right towards us, Hawaiian shirt flapping behind him, surfboard glowing like a circuit board.
