Joe rides up the curve of the wave and we follow, the world turning completely upside down! Dollar signs fly through the data wave.
JOE THE SERVER DUDE: It’s savin’ them 1.3 million dollars in energy costs a year and another 1.2 in service cost avoidance! And they can access the system from anywhere in the world!
We exit the corkscrew and rush out into calmer waters. Joe unhooks us from the fishing rod and stows it away.
IRMA STAT: Well, that was rather... enlightening...but –
JOE THE SERVER DUDE: Joe the Server Dude is always here to
help, man.
He spots another data wave in the distance.
JOE THE SERVER DUDE: Ooo...that wave looks heavy! Catch ya later, man!
He turns to the back of his board and pulls a cord, like a lawn mower starter, and rockets off into the sunset.
IRMA STAT: I will hand it to him...he is inventive. Now, let’s get back on course.
We hear her press some buttons. Jets of fog shoot from beneath the computer consoles as they light up again. The transportation sequence happens much quicker this time.
COMPUTER: Transportation in 3. 2. 1.
The laser matrix and wormhole envelope us again as the scenery warps away and we travel through time and space. The wormhole grows bigger and bigger until the entire room is in darkness.
