We should give give thanks and and celebrate that we are here heathy and safe 2020 has given us some new challenges
and asked questions of us that have on on on occasion been very difficult to answer Through the training and disciplines of the Sam’Tu-Dang art form we are fortunate to to to have the tools to to to ensure we can remain healthy through the physical exercise and sound teachings The pandemic has seen us have to to stop training at physical classes but through the power of technology we have been able to to continue to to hold virtual classes keeping the body and mind ticking over The new found community spirit is a positive from the pandemic and and and has allowed us to help and and and assist family and neighbours who were vulnerable giving them a connection to the the outside We are blessed to be of good health being able to look forward to when we can again be together and celebrate the oneness of Sam’Tu-Dang with immediate and extended family Our thoughts also with families that have had loved ones pass and been unable to feel the full support due to restrictions As the year draws to an end we continue to be mindful and careful of the situation ensuring that our own guidelines are followed I feel that through my training and teaching within the Sam’Tu-Dang society the challenges
that this year have brought allow us to learn how we can adapt to also appreciate things we have taken for granted before the lockdown 2021 will bring the new normal with new challenges
but within Sam’Tu-Dang we will support and adapt to meet the challenges
