  Introduction
o The Phelan Energy Group is in the business of ‘profit-making’, through the remarkable opportunities that are guaranteed, for decades to come, in the Renewable Energy sector.
o In 2005, they entered the RE industry and sought the path to ‘profitable opportunity’. After detailed analysis and research, they established that Solar PV, was the optimum track to success, based on simplicity, a defined raw material trajectory, and non-complex solutions. They believe their key success factor is cost management. As we have seen with airlines, those who with the lowest cost, inevitably win. They demystified solar, deciding in 2006 against CSP, CVP, multi-Axis Tracker, and other complex but expensive solutions.
o World leadership has decided on a vital decarbonization strategy. Consumers want electricity, albeit from RE, but at the lowest market price. Overall, the way in which energy is produced, distributed and used is being disrupted through major themes such as renewable energy, low carbon hydrogen, energy storage, and electric vehicles.
o The financial performance of PEG, for a start-up company in solar, in 2005, is impressive with $150m in NAV and after-tax profits of $41m for year ended February 2022, making it one of the most profitable solar company in the world when measured by MW installed.
o For the Green Hydrogen industry, they are using the exact same and successful strategy. Their Strategy is to utilize their proven success in Solar PV, to take advantage with the conversion of that electricity and its sale through Hydrogen, in the form of Green Ammonia. This is a commodity market opportunity that will last for at least two decades. During that period the ultimate opportunity will emerge where we can supply hydrogen, directly by pipe, to industrial plants of key export industries such as steel, cement, silica/glass and petrochemicals in adjacent industrial areas.
o As they have shown in the solar business, lowest price ability, does not mean lowest profits, as they maximize their profits.
