CQE REPORTS & ROTAS - THE EVIDENCE FOR CQC CQE RESPONDS TO EVERY KEY LINE OF ENQUIRY ON INSPECTION KLOE 1 - SAFE S1 S1.2 S1.3 S3.1 S3.2 We have engaged and embedded the innovative system (Care Quality Ecosystems) into our administration processes. This system adds a more secure layer onto the existing vetting and barring process as it takes guesswork out of assessing new recruits. Our CQE safety level goes up as people leave so that churn turns into an asset. We can now accurately choose an applicant who is safe to engage. The CQE process colour codes staff into red orange and green providing a rota system that illustrates shifts which can be easily modified to ensure that we create a safe and reliable team every time. KLOE 2 - EFFECTIVE E1 E2 E2.1 E4 The CQE system adds to traditional processes by endorsing our culture which it also monitors and reports on. The CQE cultural drive builds confidence, drives the individuals responsible to improve communication and best practice. KLOE 3 - CARING C1 C1.1 C1.2 C1.4 C1.5 C1.6 C2 C3 Variations in staff attitudes unknown at the recruitment stage have been exposed by CQE so we only add carers to our team who are CQE assessed as safe. Those we do employ are assessed by CQE to express kindness offer respect, compassion and give emotional support. All staff are chosen to have a caring personality that instinctively invites residents to express their views. As the team develops the cultural confidence also transfers to the residents so that we become stronger. KLOE 4 - RESPONSIVE R1.6 We use technology through the easy to use ecosystem as CQE cuts straight to the heart of what matters in a care culture as it selects staff who value people and respond to their needs. KLOE 5 - WELL LED W1 W1.1 W1.2 W1.3 W1.6 W1.8 W.1 10 W2 W4 Our strategy to deliver high quality care has been advanced by adopting Care Quality Ecosystems as an essential admin tool. CQE helps select, monitor, record and govern our service with information that invests in positive change. We can act upon the information CQE provides through their monthly reports so that we not only support continuous quality improvement but protect service users through academic evidence.
