The colour of TANALISED pressure treated timber slowly weathers to a warm, honey brown and in the longer term to a natural silver grey.
Any timber surface exposed by cross cutting, drilling, notching or boring must be brushed with end grain preservative to maintain the integrity of the treatment.
Please note that a high percentage of treated timber in stock will be TANALISED, some timbers may be treated by similar preservatives.
