Enquiries and Orders
The best way to order from us is via email to avoid any confusion with your selection and to get it to the correct department swiftly. Ensure you include your full selection including any flavours required and include your shipping address. We will reply with a VAT invoice. SALES@ICEHEADSHOP.CO.UK
Minimum order is £250 for first time customers, no minimum spend there after. Our tiered pricing is calculated on entire spend and is not per product.
All wholesale orders are shipped on a next day delivery service with a 3.30pm cut- off. Next day delivery is free of charge for orders over £250.
Upon placing your order, we will generate a VAT invoice for you which will include our payment details.
