• Applied Diamond (Products) Limited Terms & Conditions apply to all items
contained in this brochure. A full copy is available upon request.
• Deliveries must be checked upon receipt. Any shortfall or damages must be notified to Applied Diamond (Products) Limited within 48 hours.
• Items incorrectly ordered may be returned, subject to a 15% handling charge, and provided that they are in a saleable condition.
• All returns must be agreed in advance with Applied Diamond (Products) Limited.
• A minimum order charge of £25 plus VAT applies.
• All items are subject to VAT at the current rate.
• Proof of delivery can be supplied up to 2 months from date of despatch.
• All products supplied remain the property of Applied Diamond (Products) Ltd until paid for in full.
