Salena Iapino: SALENA OOH NA-NA! Okay where do I even begin. First off, it does not feel like I’ve only known you a year and I can’t believe how close we have become in such a small amount of time. From Weekly Wednesdays, Playa Fridays, and RUF, it’s certainly seemed like we’ve known each other much longer. You are one of the kindest and optimistic people I know and despite having stitches last year, and being on crutches this year, you still manage to keep a positive attitude through it all and still give it 110%.
Josh Pompeo: Josh, I am so happy you decided to come back this year. From your freshman year to now, I have seen so much growth in you and that is truly amazing. You are an extremely caring person who goes out of their way to make sure people are feeling alright which reflects how big your heart is. Keep being the kind person you are because it really means a lot.
Hannah Gentry: Hannah Gentry of the century. You are a boss class witch. You never fail to lighten the mood at band with your humor, sass, or just funny comments. Aside from that you are one of the nicest people I know and are super fun to be around. I am so happy you decided to join pep band and I can’t wait to continue our band shenanigans during basketball games. Also yes, we will EVENTUALLY hang.
Kat Bergquist: Our baby staff member! Kat you are such an enthusiastic presence on the field who never fails to come up with ways to make the band better. You are incredibly focused, determined, and ambitious in all that you do and all of that translates to what you do on the field. It was a pleasure serving on staff with you this last year and I know you are going to do a great job of taking care of the section for the next few years to come.
Ginger Visser: Ginger you are such a sweet person who always brightens my day at band. You always take time to ask me how my day is going and you really care which means a lot. Keep being the positive person you are because it radiates to the rest of the section.
Ryan Cruz: Dear Ash Ketchum, lol jk. But forreal tho you better catch’em all. Ryan you are a super funny person who never fails to lighten the mood at band with your nonsense or uwu stuff. I am so happy to have had you in the section these past two years and I am going to miss chucking your hat around the field.
Noah Farnsworth: MY SON!!! Noah you are honestly one of the most talented people I know. Everything about you radiates MUSIC and that definitely reflects all that you do. Whether it be playing trombone in the pep band after only one semester of learning it, or getting the mello solo as only a freshman, you are extremely talented and apply your skills in all you do. I am so glad we got to become friends this year and I am definitely going to miss our shenanigans on the field.
Aaron Junkin: Aaron I just wanted to thank you for all of the hard work you have put in this year. You never fail to take all corrections to heart and immediately fix them. Aside from that, you are extremely talented and I am so happy to have become friends with year. I look forward to having more good times in pep band.
Noah Silverman: Yo Long Island ganggg. Noah I can’t believe that this was your first year doing drill because you have been doing so well. It has been a blast having you in the section this year and I hope that you’ll continue to do band for years to come.
Fellow Seniors:
Rachel Reynolds: Rachel where do I even begin? I don’t even think we ended up becoming friends until sophomore year but regardless, this is a friendship I cherish. You are sincerely one of the
