Annual Institional Assessment Report 2020-2021
THE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY PROVIDES AN OVERVIEW FROM THE DATA FINDINGS THAT PRESENT THE STRENGTHS OF THE INSTITUTION AND AREAS OF CONCERN.
Northwest Tech continues to strive for institutional effectiveness by identifying areas of concern through assessment instruments in the key areas of completion and attainment, student satisfaction and engagement, instructional quality, and graduate placement. The resulting data from of these assessments is utilized by the Area Board of Control, administration, faculty, staff, and other constituents to make informed decisions regarding the direction of the college.

Comprehensive and Annual program review pro- cedure is under evaluation. The plan is to devel- op a 3-part Annual Process including the follow- ing 3 steps.

• Plan of Action
Program faculty continue to participate in In- service/Faculty work days to complete the annual program review and develop action plans for im- provement.
Enrollment, Retention, & Placement data refelcts room for improvement in areas of our 15 pro- grams.
