If the goal of vipassana practice is for the extinguishment
of sufferings, we need to
have diligence.
We need to consistently
remind ourselves:
“Do it, do it, do it”.
We need to constantly remind ourselves: “Have dhamma as our shelter”, then our lives will be happy.
