How to setup voicemail from a Trust desktop phone in three easy steps
Dial 1720 (CandiSrv1l). You will hear a ‘welcome’ message
If you do NOT hear a welcome message, replace the handset and dial 1760 (CandiSrv2)
(If you still do not hear a welcome message log a call with IT Service Desk)
You will now be asked to enter your Mailbox number, e.g. default number 1111 (by the Administrator)
Step 1 - Record Your Passcode
• You will now be asked to record your Passcode
Press 1 to accept it, Press 2 to review it and Press 3 to re-record it
Step 2 - Record Your Name
• You will now be asked to record your Name
Press 1 to accept it, Press 2 to review it and Press 3 to re-record it
Step 3 - Record Your Greeting
• You will now be asked to record your Greeting
Sample Greeting: You have reached ______; I am unable to answer your call at this time. Please leave your name, telephone number and message. I will return your call as soon as possible.
Press 1 to accept it, Press 2 to review it and Press 3 to re-record it Help & Support
