Robert has over 25 years’ experience of advising a variety of charities. He has a particular interest in faith charities and previously worked at the Charity Commission. Robert is a quali ed canon lawyer, having obtained a Masters in canon law (Distinction) from Cardiff University. He has a PhD in charity law.
Robert is a frequent contributor to The Charity Law and Practice Review providing papers, particularly on issues relevant to Roman Catholic charities and the relationship between canon law and secular charity law. Robert
is a trustee of several faith charities, including the Association of Church Accountants and Treasurers.
