Ÿ Subject to a disquali cation order or disquali cation undertaking under the Company Directors Disquali cation Act 1986 or the Company Directors Disquali cation (Northern Ireland) order 2002 (SI 2002/3150 (N.I.4)); or an order made under s.429(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (disabilities on revocation of county court administration order), except that there is no disquali cation under this paragraph
if leave has been granted for him or her to act as director of the charity (s180 of the 2011 Act)
Ÿ The person is subject to a moratorium period under a debt relief order under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986; or a debt relief restrictions order or interim order under Schedule 4ZB to that Act
