Accounts and  nance
Ÿ Collection of salary, pension and social security income, including monitoring the sisters’ entitlement to such bene ts; ensuring that other income to which the institute is entitled is received
Ÿ Maintenance of the accounting records of the provincial fund
Ÿ Assisting community bursars with the maintenance of their
accounting records
Ÿ Reviewing and checking  nancial returns submitted to the institute by the community bursars
Ÿ Liaising with the  nancial directors of the institute’s foundations and reviewing the budgets and  nancial management information of these foundations; this involves an appreciation of their  nancial systems and accounts
