• New system for tube monitoring and data analysis helping customers with tube integrity protection and process controlin order to operate equipment safer, with increased process control and extends life-span.
• Includes:
− Tubes with integrated and protected sensors − Signal processing equipment
− Cloud service for monitoring and data storage − Data analysis by Sandvik material experts
• The system measures and records actual tube temperature and strain during its entire service history. Having this information together with Sandvik’s material data library makes it possible to make more accurate predictions than ever before.
