It’s a pleasure to welcome you to Kohanaiki!
For hundreds of years, this storied shoreline along the Kona Coast has been home to great sur ng, shing and paddling. The birth of our new community adds golf, spa and outdoor adventure experiences, enhancing Kohanaiki’s traditions of fun, family and community.
We have deeply embraced the spectacular natural setting of Kohanaiki, and during your time here, we hope you’ll take the opportunity to do the same— whether that takes you to our stunning Rees Jones- designed golf course, out on the ocean in our Hawaiian canoes, amidst the native foliage of our organic farm or on any of our other distinctly Hawaiian adventures.
As you make Kohanaiki your home, we hope these unique experiences become cherished traditions of your own family.
