Note: The deadline indicated opposite each scheduled ADR exam above is the latest date on which an application form must be received by the exam administration unit in order for an applicant to be assigned to that particular exam (subject to availability). Late applications will be assigned to their second venue choice (subject to availability). Approved Training Providers should advise candidates accordingly and ensure that the application forms have been completed fully by the applicant before they sign the declaration form. Incomplete application forms will be returned to the applicant.
Revalidation, amendment or replacement of the ADR driver training certi cate, form available on www.cilt.ie plus a fee of €15.00
