Matters on which we are required to report
• We have obtained all the information and explanations which we consider necessary for the purposes of our audit
• In our opinion the accounting records of the association were sufficient to permit the financial statements to be readily and properly audited
• The association’s Balance Sheet and Income and Expenditure Account dealt with by the report are in agreement with the books of account
• In our opinion and to the best of the information and according to the explanations given to us the accounts give a true and fair view:
(a) in the case of the balance sheet, of the state of the Association’s affairs as at the end
of its financial year;
(b) in the case of the Income and Expenditure Account, of the income and expenditure for its financial year
