The full payment is required to book any treatments. We recommend arriving at the Biologique Recherche Ambassade fifteen minutes prior to your treatment time. Please note that late arrival may result in reduced treatment time. Cancellation To avoid a full fee charge, we require 24 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule services. Groups of 3 to 5 people are subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy. Please note that late arrival may result in reduced treatment time. Personal Belongings Biologique Recherche and the Ambassade employees cannot be held responsible for any valuables that may get damaged, lost or stolen while you are on our premises. Consultations We offer complimentary consultations for our products and services by phone or in the spa. Gift Cards & Privilege Pass Gift Cards and the Privilege Pass are non-transferable and can only be used by the person they were purchased for. They are valid for one year from the purchased date and can be used at the Ambassade Los Angeles only. Minimum Age You must be 16 years or older to reserve a facial treatment. A parent or legal guardian must sign the mandatory authorization form. You must be 18 years or older to book a body treatment or massage. Medical Conditions Please state if you are pregnant or have any specific medical conditions when making your booking, such as ongoing treatment or allergies. Pregnancy Body treatments designed specifically for pregnant women are available from the second trimester. We encourage you to inform our reception team if you are pregnant, in order to propose the most appropriate treatments. 34
