Answer the following questions to find out if you are more organised or more flexible:
1 (E) Do you prefer to have one clear focus in your work? OR (F) Do you prefer to have a variety of things on the go?
2 (E) Do you prefer to work according to a set plan? OR (F) Do you prefer to respond to things as they come up?
3 (E) Do you like to make decisions that are final? OR (F) Do you like to make decisions that can be changed, or to avoid making decisions until the last minute?
Now total up your Es and Fs for the three questions. E = F=
If you got more Es, this would indicate that you tend to be more organised. You will probably find that you work better when there is a defined daily routine and you can make clear-cut decisions.
If you got more Fs, this would indicate that you tend to be more flexible. You might find that you work better in an environment that allows you to manage your own time and gather plenty of information before making a decision.
