spending Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
               Plans for the Festive Season
Nkazimulo Mpanza, third year Business and Information Management
“COVID-19 has forced all of us to stay indoors and spend time with family. I am planning to invite a small group of friends and relatives for a get together at home.We will use that time to catch up. On New Year’s Eve, we will host a braai with my family and attend church later.”
Aphiwe Zondi, first year Civil Engineering
“I will spend time with my family on Christmas Day, connect with my siblings and relatives and de-stress from a year of hard work. Over the New Year period, I hope to get a part- time job and prepare for my studies in 2022.”

“Since I have been away from my family for eight months, my plan is to go home to celebrate Christmas with them. In the New Year, I am planning on building my business because I want to see progress by the end of 2022.”

“A beautiful Christmas is one with the entire family, where you share and reflect on your achievements for the year. I’m planning to be with my family and also use this time to take my business to the next level.”
Xolani Khoza, fourth year Electrical Power Engineering
“For me, Christmas means special family time. I will get to spend time with almost all my family members since they will have returned from work or school.
