Senior Administrative Officer
With the reorganisation of the CAO the Administration Department gained a number of additional staff and responsibilities. Added to its Human Resources (HR) administration, finance monitoring and company administration duties, it had the vehicle management, facilities management and gardening responsibilities added to its portfolio. Five of the twenty-five interns funded by the National Skills Fund were also allocated to the department where they gained valuable experience and skills. Three have since secured permanent positions elsewhere bearing testament to Admin’s ability to train and skill interns to be ‘workplace ready’.
The Administration team continue to provide essential support to the Customer Services and Marketing Departments with the preparation for key events like Career Fairs, AGM, Board and Sub-Committee Meetings. We remain committed to supporting the CEO and management team at CAO, assisting with budget monitoring. This re-organisation has positioned the Administration department for continued success, enabling us to deliver an all-around support service to the CAO.
