15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 Within four weeks after CAO receives your valid application we we will send you an Acknowledgement Letter by email in which the CAO acknowledges that we have received and processed your application The Acknowledgement Letter will have have all the details you have have provided on on on your application Applicants are fully responsible for checking their acknowledgement letters and informing the the CAO of any errors omissions or or changes so that it may be corrected If you do not inform us of errors omissions or or or changes within one week after we have sent you an Acknowledgement Letter the CAO shall accept that all the information in in an Acknowledgement Letter is correct and as as complete as as you want it to be If you have not received an Acknowledgement Letter by the end of four weeks after you have applied please enquire if the CAO has received your application (See page 3 for contact details) We provide your information to institutions institutions electronically The institutions institutions have full and and final responsibility for selection and and admission decisions not the CAO Institutions will contact you directly with their selection decision Sometimes institutions request that the CAO also convey a a a selection decision to an an applicant but the communication received directly from the the institution must be regarded as the the official notification Institutions start making offers early in in in the the year year preceding the the year year of of entry It is in in your your best interest to submit your your valid application as early as possible The following year’s January applications open on on 1 March of the the year year preceding the the entry year year Subject to to item 20 above we will send you an SMS or or a a a letter to to inform you you of of any offers that you you have been extended by an an institution to which you you have have applied Try your best to to have have an email address to to which we can send offer letters as institutions often have a a a a a cut-off date for your response If the the the acceptance of of the the the offer is not received by the the the institution within the the the stipulated cut-off period the the the institution reserves the the the right to withdraw the offer 23 Offers to study may be withdrawn if:
