4.3 Construct C: Individual Innovation behaviour
This section presents results for Construct C of MIMI: Individual Innovation Behaviour. Table 4 displays the scores for Construct C for the Municipality in comparison to the national average. The average score for Lepelle-Nkumpi was 2, while the national average was 3. The municipality scored 2 in knowledge use, knowledge management and net- working behaviour, and 2 in innovation collaboration.

4.4 MIMI Maturity Level for Lepelle-Nkumpi Local Municipality

5. Conclusion

To progress to maturity level 3 or 4, the municipality should improve on items that scored less than 2.
