4.3 Construct C: Individual Innovation behaviour
This section presents results for Construct C of MIMI: Individual Innovation Behaviour. Table 4 displays the scores for Construct C for Okhahlamba Local Municipality in comparison to the national average. The average score for Okhahlamba was 2, less than the national average, which was 3. The municipality scored 2 in idea screening, 2 in knowledge management, 3 in networking behaviour, and 2 in innovation collaboration and knowledge use.

4.4 MIMI Maturity Level for Okhahlamba Local Municipality
Table 5 shows the MIMI Maturity Level for Okhahlamba Municipality. The municipality obtained an Innovation Maturity Level of 2. According to the MIMI framework, a Maturity Level 2 means innovation is defined. Officials understand that innovation principles and innovation strategies are in place, but there is little, if any, evidence of innovation.

5. Conclusion
The Okhahlamba Local Municipality scored an average maturity level of 2. Innovation is limited, if any, and there is little evidence of innovation on the part of individual officials or the organisation. The municipality should work more in the areas where it scored less than the national average and in areas where it obtained an index level of less than 3.
