4.3 Construct C: Individual Innovation behaviour
This section presents results for Construct C of MIMI: Individual Innovation Behaviour. Table 4 displays the scores for Construct C for the City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality in comparison to the national average. The average score for Cape Town was 4, more than the national average of 3. The municipality scored 4 in idea screening, and 4 in knowledge management, networking behaviour, innovation collaboration and knowledge use.

4.4 MIMI Maturity Level for the City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality
Table 5 shows the MIMI Maturity Level for the City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality. The municipality obtained an Innovation Maturity Level of 4. According to the MIMI framework, a Maturity Level 4 means that innovation is managed continuously, and processes related to this are managed well in the municipality.

5. Conclusion
The City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality scored an average maturity level of 4. This means that innovation in managed, innovation occurs on an ongoing basis and processes in relation to this are managed well in the municipality. There is evidence of infrastructure and financial resources; there is evidence for collaboration or the flow of ideas. Additionally, there is evidence that officials are actively involved in innovation and technology projects, which are tested and piloted. The municipality somehow understands and actively looks for innovative solutions.
