Specialised modules dealing with the theoretical, policy and technological aspects of housing are taught in the extensive facilities within the School of Architecture, Planning and Housing. Candidates who successfully complete the degree of Bachelor of Social Science in Housing may be eligible to proceed to the degree of Masters in Housing.

International Studies prepares students for life both as broadly trained professionals and as citizens of the world. The multi-disciplinary approach of the programme exposes
graduates to intellectual explorations of different social norms, values, cultural contexts, and political systems around the world. Also, it seeks to prepare students to develop a more flexible outlook for understanding and evaluating the complex societies and institutions that help give
shape to our world. In this way, graduates are better positioned
for employment in a variety of businesses and multinational agencies and organisations such as the intergovernmental and non- governmental organisations (NGOs) that have clients or conduct business around the world. Increasingly, the most attractive career paths require knowledge and skills that go beyond one’s own community or country. The BA (International Studies) is a new
