to pay their annual fee before registration. SADC countries comprise Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Congo, Lesotho, Malawi, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
