The University is committed to producing graduates who are good leaders by:
• Fostering students’ personal and intellectual development and capacity to bring about positive change; and

• Creating opportunities for students to develop leadership qualities and practice leadership skills.
An eight-day certificated leadership course is offered in the winter vacation as well as short courses and workshops in various aspects of leadership and conflict resolution.
