Icemen Stay Strong Despite Injuries, Losses
Hopes were high for this year’s Hockey team, but a couple of early season losses and key injuries, such as that of Rob Windhausen, indicated an uphill battle for the Brothers. But, standouts such as Reid Heiser in goal helped pull together what was left of the squad and regroup for a 7-13 year. Heiser and Pat Deskin were named league all stars, but the team
missed a sectional berth by a nail biting loss to Cazenovia. Hopes are high for next year, with few seniors leaving the team, and an experienced squad hopes to dominate the league next year.
