 Lights, Camera, Fashion
For one night, several seniors and faculty mem bers were given the chance to be stars as they sauntered down the runway of the 1998 Fashion Show. Sponsored by the Parent’s Club, the eve ning was filled with music and dancers as well as scenes from Phantom of the Opera and Ti tanic. Mrs. Sandy Walker and Mrs. Mary Bar- bano made the plans for this evening full of smiles. They made sure every detail was taken care of during the many hours of practice with the seniors. Students from various grades vol unteered to wait tables and pass out coffee and desserts to those in attendance. This year’s DJs, Michael Cauchon and Michael Penny, filled the evening with all kinds of music from Madonna to Richie Valenz. Such companies as Aeropostal, Gantos and Structure provided clothing. Some of the students elegantly modeled wedding gowns and tuxedos while others displayed win
ter wardrobes and prom dresses. The entire evening made both parents and students feel proud of themselves. We can’t wait for next year!
