Salsa Club
The Salsa Club is open to senior high school students. The club meets once a week. Itsmissionistoexposestudentsto socially acceptable forms of dancing while at the same time learning about dances and music from other cultures. Students learn ballroom style, Latin dancing, and
classic ballroom style dancing (including salsa, the fox trot, the hustle, the cha-cha- cha,etc.). Inadditiontoteachingeach other the dances, the Salsa Club also invites professional ballroom dancers to perfect what they have learned. This year Salsa Club members performed at the Open House, the CBA Auction, the Multi­ cultural Assembly and the Kenya
Fundraising Event.
