During February break, seniors Nate Frechette, Noah Kotlove and Tom Trasolini, and junior Greg York, together with Spanish teacher, Mrs. Saba, went on a cultural immersion trip to Spain. The 10 day trip took students throughout Spain. The group visited several landmarks throughout the country. Ih Madrid, their first stop, they joined students from other schools, where they spent three days. Their whirlwind tour also included visits to Toledo, Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba, and Barcelona. In addition to touring these cities, students also participated in activities including attending a soccer game, learning flamenco dancing and watching a flamenco show. Students also went to a cooking school where, guided by master chefs, they prepared the evening meal consisting of appetizers, tortilla espanola, paella and flan. Eveiyone came back with great memories and pictures to share.
