Any historian will tell you that forty years in the span of recorded
history is but a blink of an eye. As a history teacher, 1am sure that Mr.
Sacco would concur with this sentiment. However, when one looks
at C.B.A. which celebrated its hundred year anniversary not too long
ago, forty years seems to be a significant period of time.
