The football season w^s a rebuilding year for the Broth­ ers with their new coach, Paul Ciciarelli. They were beaten badly by Utica Notre Dame to open the season. Most teams would lay down and die, but the CBA football team went on to win 2 out of their next 3
games, beating Jordan El- bridge and Marcellus. In the awards ceremonies, quarter­ back jack Mantione received the M.V.P., and Joe Sindoni re­ ceived the outstanding line­ man award, John Ma ’•elli was given the c , ^ im­
proved player award. Quarter­ back Jack Mantione and tack­ ier Joe Sindoni were selected to the senior all-star game in the Carrier Dome.
