Goodby, Mrs, Kelley
Mrs. Irene Kelly, a familiar face in the main office for more than 20 years decided that 1991 was the year for re tirement. In October, Mrs. Kelly left the beloved halls of C.B.A. for the last time as secretary to the Principal in order to spend more time with her family.
After deciding to retire, Mrs. Kelly decided that her retirement be re vealed to a limited number of co-work ers, as leaving is a painful experience.
Her last day on the job passed as any other day. Upon leaving Mrs. Kelly cleaned out her desk, said goodbye to people in her immediate area, looked around one last time, and left.
Mrs Kelly will be sorely missed by many faculty and students. She was well acquainted with the inner workings of C.B.A. and the gap she has left will be hard to fill.
There were many friendly faces at CBA. When you walked into the office first thing in the morning, Mrs. Kelly would greet you with a big smile.
