 tOhat Our Pocus Is
As this 1992 year draws to a close, it is our great hope that you won’t need to read any decla ration to know what our focus is. We believe that it is an expression of an idea that is at the very heart of CBA, one that knowing or not, every student here holds locked in his soul. This fun damental is the basis of light; the light that, when caused to shine, will make us the light of the world.
It is CBA’s function to expand light, life, and knowledge. Every aspect of knowledge is addressed at CBA, not
merely quantum mechanical formulas, and Theben legends. CBA has clubs, ac tivities, sports, and more, all of which bring more knowledge to us. The knowledge we leave the Academy with is life in its fundamental form. One could break down every aspect of a student’s life and prove each case of learning, but such cold calculation can not show the greatness of the life that springs from each portion, mixed as one. It is that mixing made greater by the synergism of the entire school that makes us a beacon to the world.
Students at C.B.A. are known for their studious nature. Senior Nell O’Hara is no exception.
