A Big Splash
The C.B.A. girls combined with the J.D. girls to form a swim team. Although they have done this before, this year the
team began receiving real recognition
The reason for this recognition was
probably the wonderful season ex
perienced by the girls. Their team had
an amazing twelve wins and only one
loss. In fact, the C.B.A. girls were so
good that several of the swimmers
made sectionals. The C.B.A. swimmers
enjoyed a successful season this year.
Hopefully, the girls will continue their
great success for many years to come.
While waiting tor their turn to
swim, Jill Raymond, Ashley
Sedgewick, and Megan Deskin
have a group hug. The girls on
swim team otten become close
triends.
For most people swimming is
something we do just to have
some tun or cool ott during a
hot summer. For these girls
swimming is a competitive sport
and can mean countless laps in
the pool tor training.
