Every year, the students at CBA get a chance to expand their horizons and learn about cultures, events, and ways of life of countries and people from around the world by means of the multicultural fair. Students of different backgrounds come to display their talents and perform dances and serve exotic foods. The multiculturual fair is a chance for CBA students to learn about others from around the school and around the world.
As you walk in the gymnasium, the sounds of music from world nations fills you, and the sights of colorful displays, flags, posters and exhibits astonishes your eyes. The multicultural fair is a feast for eyes, ears, and stomaches.
Another reason the multicultural fair is so special is that each booth is run by students of CBA, the dancers are students, and the foods are prepared by students, all of course with the help of Mr. Albani. This is a geat opportunity for us to open our eyes and see the world around us and understand how diversity makes the world more enjoyable.
Megan Daly and Britney Mazur recently completed a demonstration of an I rish dance for the audience. It looks as if they are a little fatigued.
These guys show pride in their Italian heritage by displaying a large Italian flag and posters at their presentation table. Those cookies look pretty good. Do you think one of the guys made them, or did they just call grandma?
