What’s Bernie Up To?
The memory of Student Senate elections, 1973, is still fresh in our minds (or, at least in some of our minds). It was a campaign of “work,” primarily, where “change”, “action”, and “involvement” were the key words. They seemed very familiar words to a number of previously disaj)- pointed students. Naturally, these people became skeptical of the election’s eventual out come. Would any of the can didates make good their promises? Would they at least try? Might there be external in fluences that would interfere with their plans?

Q. How about the Student Senate itself? Is there anyth ing of interest happening there?
A. This year the procedure will be changed considerably. We’ll give you the details later.
Q. Yes, I remember you planned that during last year’s campaign.
A. There’s another new procedure that some of the students may not know about yet. Tickets to the Greasers dance coming up soon will be by advance sale only.
Q. Why is that?
A. Well, after the crowds we had when they piayed here last year, the administration re quested the change, but only
