 THE NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY
Induction into the National Honor Society is dependent upon four basic requirements: scholarship, character, leadership, and service. Open to jun iors and seniors, membership in the N.H.S. is the highest scholastic hon or that the Academy bestows on its students.

two semifinalists.
In addition, the Academy possesses a record number of eighteen
commended students. Students in this second group, scoring immedi ately below the semifinalists, receive Letters of Commendation.
