LaSallian Youth Group
The LaSallian Youth Group, under the leadership of Mrs. Uva
volunteered for many acts of community service this year.
Many of the participants baked apple pies for the needy,
while many spent their time with children at the Vincent House
or with the elderly at the Jewish Home. The group had much
fun over the year while volunteering their time. They traveled
to Beak n' Skiff in the fall to pick apples for their pie baking
and certainly did not forget to stop at McDonald's on the way
home. The group made their own creative advent wreaths
for the needy and elderly and also participated in the Crop
Walk for hunger. The CBA students also went to the Brady
Faith Center for Christmas and have done many other vol
unteer acts of service as well. One thing that this group can
definitely agree on is that doing good deeds sure feels great!
