n June 2, the Class of 1996 will step out on
to the stage to receive their diplomas that
they have worked so hard to earn in the past
four years, in front of their family and friends,
each member will say good-bye to the close CBA com
munity that they have been a part of for so iong.
The 1996 Senior class of Christian Brothers Academy
has been together throughout it all, thick and thin. We've
established friendships within these walls that will last us
a lifetime. Simple class gatherings such as our yearly re
treats and SADD Awareness Days have brought us to
gether in the closest of ways. In the early days, we at
tended the semi-formals and stirred up a little bit of trou
ble on our class trips. As time went on, the class traveled
together to various places such as Canisius College to
cheer on our soccer team, the Carrier Dome to support
our footbali team, and to our favorite hangouts. Our trips
to Darien Lake, Octoberfest, Harborfest, and our prom
night were unforgettable events that many in our class
attended. The fourth of Julys spent watching fireworks
together and trips to Beak n' Skiff brought many of our
seniors close together. Let us never forget all of the par
ties we have attended. Who could ever forget all the
time at The Dead End, Riv's, Gonzo's, and the others?
This class has experienced so much together over the
years. We've laughed together, especially Halloween
night when the senior class ran across Syracuse in a scav
enger hunt, and we have all cried together and been
there for one another too. We followed tradition as we
painted the bridge in purple and gold paint the night of
our final CBA homecoming and we ali had a fabulous
time at our senior ball.
We, the Class of 1996, have established the best of
friendships and have made the best of memories here
at CBA. To each and every one of you ... the best of
iuck in your future endeavors. These are the days we wiil
always remember.
Sherwin Williams is looking for part time
help after school. Luckily Marisa Vac-
co, Merrift Kusak-McGuire, Laurie Bel-
lucci, and the Reagan twins have been
spending some time distinguishing
between matte and gtossy paint fin
ishes.
Can it be said that senior year is
somewhat tike a hockey sac? With so
many important decisions to be made,
seniors feel batted about and up in
the air.
