Which is the most consistent team at CBA over the past three seasons? Y ou’re right, CBA ’s tennis Racqueteers, who have beaten arch-rival Bishop Ludden, Bishop Grimes, Henninger, Water- tow^n, and Central (now Fow ler) in ’73, ’74, and ’75 while losing to Auburn, Corcoran, and Nottingham.
Last spring, the Brothers’ netmen were headed by Tom Spinek at 1st Singles, with a 4- 4 record, and Dave Mount, with a 6-2 record. Pat Gillson and Ed Blake won decisive team points at first doubles. Ed Tait, Steve Magee, Steve Roche, and Joe W einheimer were instrumental at third sin gles or at doubles. Perhaps the most notable highlight of 75 was the corwning of Bob Sable and Ed Blake as ’75 Doubles Champions in the CNYCL Tournament.
