Freshmen at the Movies
^
What is one of the biggest parts of the
entertainment industry in the United
States? The movie industry, of course.
Where else can you spend too much on
unhealthy food, get gum stuck on the
bottom of your shoe, and see a great
movie? So, we thought we would ask the
freshmen about the movies: their favorite
movies, actors, and actresses.
Many different actors and actresses
were chosen, but there were easy win
ners in the movie category. Tom Cruise
was the favorite actor, and he was fol
lowed by Keanu Reeves, Jean-Claude
Van Damme, Harrison Ford, and Jim Car
rey, all tied for a close second. Julia Rob
erts was the favorite actress, followed by
Demi Moore in second and Marisa Tomei
in third. Finally, there are the top five fa
vorite movies (seen within the past year).
