Life at CBA is filled with a rich choice of activities for students. Here at the Academy, you can sell cookies for French Club, decorate for dances for the Junior and Senior High Student Senate, help write the Yearbook, or learn more about the injustices of our prison system in Amnesty International.
We have math students who compete against other schools in trying to be the first and most clever in working through complex mathematical problems. We have singers, dancers, and actors who put on Broadway quality productions. We also have students who quietly go out every week and serve those
less fortunate in soup kitchens around the city. So, if you’re ever wondering what you can do with your extra time - the answer is in the
next pages....lots!
One of the most enjoyable after-school activities is Art Club, especially this year in
our new beautiful art rooms. Mary Kate Hannan pours paint in anticipation of a relaxing afternoon of art.
Making the gym look lovely for a dance can be exhausting work. Meghan deMello takes a
breather from the preparations.
