10. Aggravated Battery
F.S. 784.045 (1)(a) A person commits aggravated battery who, in committing battery: intentionally or knowingly causes great bodily harm, permanent disability or permanent disfigurement; or uses a deadly weapon.
11. Aggravated Stalking
F.S 784.048 (3) A person who willfully, maliciously and repeatedly follows, harasses or cyber stalks another person and makes a credible threat to that person commits the offense of aggravated stalking.
(1)(c)“Credible threat” means a verbal or nonverbal threat, or a combination of the two, including threats delivered by electronic communication or implied by a pattern of conduct, which places the person who is the target of the threat in reasonable fear for his or her safety or the safety of his or her family members or individuals closely associated with the person, and which is made with the apparent ability to carry out the threat to cause such harm. It is not necessary to prove that the person making the threat had the intent to actually carry out the threat. ...
12. Aircraft Piracy
F.S 760.16 Whoever without lawful authority seizes or exercises control, by force or violence and with wrongful intent, of any aircraft containing a nonconsenting person or persons within this state ...
13. Unlawful throwing, placing or discharging of a destructive device or bomb.
14. Any other felony which involves the use, or threat, of physical force or violence against any individual.
Just because an attacker is committing a forcible felony doesn’t mean you have a right to use deadly force. You must also reasonably believe that the attacker is going to kill or cause great bodily injury during the forcible felony.
