We schedule and conduct showings with all prospective tenants interested in viewing your property. If a property is already tenant-occupied, we are particularly respectful of tenant rights and provide ample notice.
Conduct Background Checks & Prepare Lease Documents
If you require screening assistance, we can customize our services to meet your needs, including providing extensive background and criminal checks on all applicants. We review these background checks with you and, when appropriate, offer our recommendations so that you can make an informed decision on whether to approve an application. Once you approve the applicant(s), should assistance with lease preparation and processing be required, Fulton Grace will prepare the lease agreement, disclosures, and various other legally- required documents. We can assist with finalizing the leasing process by navigating lease signature, collecting first month’s rent and the security deposit, if applicable.
